**Cancellation Policy
We require a $50 deposit via Visa, Mastercard, or Discover that will hold your reservation until 10:00am the day of the rental. Your card will be debited at the time the reservation is made either online or over the telephone. Deposit is forfeited if the rental is not completed except in the event of inclement weather at the rental locations. On the day of the rental, we require a $500 refundable security deposit on all PWCs and standard pontoons and the remaining balance of the rental along with completed rental paperwork. Self-captained double decker pontoon will require a $1500 refundable security deposit. Security deposits must be made with a major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

In the event of a thunderstorm, you are allowed to cancel your reservation without penalty. Otherwise, you MUST give at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation. If notice comes in less than 48 hours before the start of your rental, we reserve the right to charge you the full rental rate. Our rentals are in high demand, and we often have to turn people away - so please do your best to honor your appointment.
