**Cancellation Policy
We will charge your card a $50 deposit to hold the reservation and send you a confirmation email with all your rental details including directions, a link to our Safety Orientation Video, and other pertinent details. Deposit is forfeited if the rental is not completed except in the event of inclement weather at the rental location(s). On the day of the rental, we require a $500 refundable security deposit on all PWCs and pontoons and the remaining balance of the rental along with completed rental paperwork. Security deposits must be made with a major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a thunderstorm, you are allowed to cancel your reservation without penalty and we will gladly reschedule you for another day if you so desire. Otherwise, you MUST give at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation. If notice comes in less than 48 hours before the start of your rental, we reserve the right to charge you the full rental rate. Our rentals are in high demand and we often have to turn people away so please do your best to honor your appointment.
