Details
Below is a
step-by-step
breakdown of our jet
ski rental process:

Fill out our
reservation request
form or call
704-746-3195 to make
a reservation.
-
Lake
Norman Jet Ski
Rentals will confirm
that the dates/times
you have requested
are available.
-
We
will send you the
Rental Agreement and
Rental Release for
your review along
with a link to our
Safety Orientation
Video.
-
If
all looks ok, you
provide a valid
credit card to
hold your
reservation.
-
One-two days before
your jet ski rental,
we will authorize
(not charge) $500 on
your credit card as
a security deposit.
-
The
day of your
appointment, you
meet us at our
Launch Dock
location 15 minutes
prior to your
scheduled time with
the signed Rental
Agreement and Rental
Release and renter's
driver's license
(make sure all
drivers have signed
and provided
driver's license
info - drivers must
be 18)

If
you are paying by
cash, you will pay
in full at this time
-
We
walk you through the
Safety Checklist and
answer any questions
you may have.
-
We
provide you with
life jackets and the
key to your jet ski
rental.
-
You
return the jet ski
at the scheduled
time.
-
If
you haven't paid by
cash, we then charge
your credit card for
the rental price
(as long as jet ski
is not damaged and and gas
tank is
full) and the $500
authorization
disappears off your
card.
